Shipping policy

Top one for you from Flushing, NY, and uses UPS to ship our physical kits. Delivery dates will vary based on the delivery distance from Flushing. We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options for all kit orders and ship kits from Monday through Friday.

Order with Expedited Shipping for delivery by 2/14. With standard shipping, we fulfill & deliver to most U.S Flushing between 3 to 6 business days, depending on proximity to our Flushing shipping nexus (see below for more accurate estimates). Standard shipping is free on all orders above $60 going to the same address. Free standard shipping is only available in the contiguous U.S (does NOT include Hawaii and Alaska). For orders less than $60, we offer a flat standard shipping rate of $7.99.

Based on your location, we also offer different expedited shipping options (Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air). Expedited shipping options will display how many business days it will take to deliver to your address at checkout. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 12 PM CST on Monday to Friday to ship the same day. If placed after 12 PM, expedited orders will ship the next business day and you should add one more business day for delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12 PM CST on Friday or on Saturday and Sunday, will ship on Monday.
